I made an online service appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and didn’t pay proper attention to the dates offered. I thought the dates were current for the week I was online. So, I showed up for the day of the week of my appointment, not the correct “date”. My service advisor, Jane, told me “She would get me worked in.” Well, she did just that. I was on the road 1.25 hrs later. She and Glynn Smith did their very best to accommodate my mistake. THAT is why I come to them for my service needs. That are the best!

I didn’t have my truck serviced on 9-15-25 I did come in back the first of August about one of my rims they said they would check with GM and let me know l didn’t hear back l called back twice they said they would have the service manager call me didn’t hear back I called again and told the man that answered the phone my trouble he said he would have him call me later that afternoon a lady called and told me that they would not do anything for me

Subject: Response Regarding Rim Coverage Dear WILLIAM LUNSFORD, This is the Service Manager at GLYNN SMITH. I wanted to clarify that I was the one who sent the information to GM for their review regarding the rim in question. GM concluded that the damage was not covered and noted that the issue appeared to be curb rash. Please be aware that rims must be digitally imaged, and we need to obtain approval for any claims; there is no flexibility in this process. I noticed you submitted a negative survey in response to this situation. I was treated great by both the salesperson and the financial person. All the staff there greeted me with a smile, and were very courteous. I was very impressed with the entire dealership as a whole. I have two last comments: 1. The salesperson person should have spent more time in showing me the different features on the vehicle. 2. I felt that the trade in value on my vehicle should have been worth more than the $40,000, that was allowed. Overall, I was very impressed with my visit there, and I will be willing to do business again...and refer others to the dealership.

Yes, I came in to get my first schedule maintenance visit, but they did not perform the service your service department forgot to tell them to service the vehicle. I had an appointment to get a part fixed and schedule appointment to get a service. They only repaired the part and didn’t service the vehicle. The lady in the service department told me she forgot to add service. On the invoice and I drove all the way from Montgomery, Alabama to get my 2025 hummer EV service very disappointed in the communication in customer service.

I understand that you feel our service was inadequate, but I believe it’s important to consider the challenges we face in our work. If you feel we are not the right fit for your vehicle repairs, I completely understand your decision to seek assistance elsewhere. Very good experience, however the length of time to purchase the vehicle was excessive. Also, in a vehicle loaded with technology there was no owners manual provided and the app does not cover important topics like how to use several buttons.

Overall prices that we had agreed on were changed I was told that I was getting a 6/100000 mile warranty thrown in, I got the warranty but looks like it cost me I ask about the first service that was on the sticker Marcus told me that he would check on it I still haven’t heard from him Nothing was explained about the operation of any of the systems on the truck. Glynn Smith can bet on one thing as far as I am concerned, the next vehicle I buy will not be from Glynn Smith

I have no problem with Glenn Smith, but am very upset with GM. The recall on my 2024 6.2 liter v8 engine, and their position that the owner pays the additional cost for the high performance oil required is a terrible decision. WHY should the owner be responsible for GM's mistake?

Once again, the professional at Glynn Smith made my life better! My transmission went out on my 2014 GMC Denali. Had it towed to your facility and Keith went to work. The transmission was shot and wasn't going to be able to repair. I made the decision to replace the transmission. Lucky me, they had a transmission at the dealership. The pros at Glynn Smith had it back to me in a day and a half, actually one day of work for them. Please remember that you can always decline any recommended services. The tires were rotated, the air pressure was topped off, and the position was set using the GM tool. The tire pressure may vary by a pound or two. You are more than welcome to change your own filters, using whatever brand you wish. We use AC Delco genuine GM parts its what is best for the car.

I had a bad experience in the past when there was a different service manager that made me not want to come back to this dealership ever again. When my wife's car was having transmission issues, I figured I would try to give it a second chance since it had been 6 or 7 years. The service manager, JP, was absolutely phenomenal. Very personable, knew exactly what he was doing and talking about, didn't beat around the bush, and was completely honest. He also assisted us with our 3rd party warranty company when we had to talk with them, to make sure we were taken care of. Completely changed my whole outlook and opinion on the service department. Because of him, I will bring my wife's car in for any work that needs to be done as long as he's there. Also would like to give a shout out to Kevin who I believe is the technician that installed the transmission. He did a great job and everything is running smoothly again.

Dropped truck off on 3-5-26 to have service completed while out of town the following week. Communicated with two different people in service department that service needed to be completed while we out of town that week and that I would need the truck back for work. Called to check on truck on 3-14-26 and nothing had been completed. Truck sat at dealership for a week and no work was performed. Thank goodness for the service technician that was working on Saturday 3-14-26, they were able to perform SOME of the maintenance items that were requested on that day before they closed.

Chris Valdez was my salesperson and he was excellent. After visiting other dealerships and driving GMC Canyons and Ford Ranger Raptors, it basically came down to the honesty Chris and the team showed especially by disclosing all charges up front so we could concentrate on a drive-out price. Other dealerships will throw a price out there to get you interested and then try to add on other charges for warranty or upgrades like bed liners. In the end, the dealership, and particularly Chris, made the difference for us to make a final decision. Once we showed up to pick up the vehicle, closing everything out was easy, quick and they took the time to get us set up with the GMC app and show us the setup on the vehicle. That was a big help. Overall, I would recommend Glenn Smith and will seek them out when time to purchase another vehicle. Del

This is my second GMC . I love Glynn Smith Gmc dealership My salesman was surely the best guy out there . He took my call as me and my hubs is disabled told him what i wanted and he did just what we ask . All we had to do is show up test drive then to finance that was also amazing the new way at doing the paper work .. I had wished i had taken a picture but the weather was horrible. My hubs father’s day and my birthday . My first road trip is going to nashville to see our daughter and grand daughter. Thank you for the upmost care any one could expect . Please keep cory as he is great . Now let’s talk about service dept .My 2020 traded for i was told by a transmission dealer in phenix city my transmission was going out . So i brought it in for you guys to look at it . And the supervisor in the tiny window asked the rep what he have they found the problem and it was fuel sensor so i had them flush transmission fluid and fix the fuel sensor 866 best 8595 the other place wanted .. Another reason to always take it to dearlership . It runs like a new one hated to let it go but i also wanted a nice trade in $$$ Thank you i will always be a GMC customer i will send more business . Caleb was a LIFESAVER! I had been speaking with Marcus for over a week and we had agreed on a price with my trade and a date/time that we would come in. My daughter plays softball so we agreed that we would come in around 4:30 on Saturday to purchase the vehicle and he had said he would have everything ready to go to make it a quick experience when we got there since it would only be 2 hours until close. When we arrived at 4:30 Marcus was not there. Caleb said the Marcus had to leave and likely wouldn’t be back and asked could he help us. I had seen the vehicle we were supposed to purchase pulled up to the side and assumed Marcus had pulled it up for us before he left. Caleb took us out to look at it but couldn’t find the key, when he came back he told us that the vehicle had just sold to someone else 5 minutes earlier but that there was an identical vehicle on the lot. He pulled it for us and we did the test drive. I explained to Caleb that Marcus had said he would have everything ready for us to purchase when we arrived. I showed him all of the messages agreeing on an OTD price and when we’d be there and everything. It turns out no one at the dealership was aware we were coming or even aware of our deal at all, but Caleb stepped up, took over and made the deal happen in record time anyway! We were ready to walk out when we found out Marcus had left and the original vehicle had sold, but I’m so glad we didn’t. Even though no one was aware of the OTD price Marcus had told us, the dealership still honored it and we left with a new vehicle for our daughter to take to college. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Caleb and how he handled the situation with it just being dumped on him. He was professional and honest and a genuinely great person. Thank you Caleb for saving our experience!

Was travelling and my truck overheated in the middle of the night. Had it towed to Glynn Smith and the next morning they jumped right on it. Called for appt. Set up instantly. They did text the afternoon before ( Sunday) to inquire about a night drop off , didn’t hear back until 5:30 am day of appt. At 9:00am. Your system did tell me to expect communication the following day. I did a deep dive ( by my standards) on you web page and couldn’t find adequate information on night drop off. After dealing with the distance to your dealership having that information would have been worth knowing . I picked up after hours , I could have dropped off after hours. If I was selling cars for you I’d tell every customer especially from out of town how easy it is to drop off on Sunday and pick up later in week , I would think it would build service clientele. I asked , she explained , she coordinated my service and got back with me when complete and then directed me cashier for payment. Picked up after hours , pretty cool service experience ( again my opinion)!!

I came in because I smell antifreeze every time my truck gets hot. They said it wasn’t low so I wanted them to explain the smell and they couldn’t. The 2026 Colorado has a known defect in the o ring on the radiator hose but they said it isn’t that..I still smell antifreeze every time I drive. The transmission jumps after stopping and trying to take off again, another know problem with that truck but they said there’s nothing wrong except the gas I’m using. I’m really starting to hate Chevy’s! I’m just going to drive it the way it is and if it breaks then I’ll do something else!
